Come enjoy the wonderful area of Englewood, Manasota Key and Venice. You will enjoy this nicely decorated 3/2 screened-in pool home with a private dock on one of our rare development saltwater canal in this sought after housing community just 2.5 miles from Manasota Key Beach. This house also has a 1/1 attached suite that can be rented with the house to accommodate 4 more guests. Has a pull-out couch for two guests and a queen bedroom.

The 3/2 has a Master bedroom with a comfy king bed, Couch, 2 closets, overhead fan, desk w/monitor and a Smart TV- with you tube tv and you can sign into any of your streaming apps as well.

2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed and overhead fan. No tv in this bedroom

The 3rd guest bedroom has 2 bunk beds, overhead fan and has a gaming screen and gaming device that holds over 400 games for all ages to play. No tv in this bedroom but can hook up a computer to it to watch anything from it. Also, there is a stand-up video game machine in one of the closet areas.

There is a 1 car garage that would fit 1 or 2 motorcycles if need. We use the garage for
mostly storing certain items for the house and pool. There is a child Kayak and 2 adult kayaks for your enjoyment in the garage. If you use any of items in garage, it is your responsibility to put them back and wash off them off with the hose.

PROPERTY: There is a ring doorbell at the front door of the 3/2 main house and a ring doorbell at the front door of the mother -in -law suite. Used for surveillance when guests are not present.

Take a short 2.5-mile drive, or a 12-minute bike ride on one of the 4 adult bikes and 3 child bikes to Manasota Key Beach and enjoy yourself soaking up the sun during the day and relaxing while watching the sunset in the evening. Or if you feel like it you can take a 50-minute casual walk to the beach as well. There are 3 beaches along Manasota Key Road, and all have bathrooms and outside showers. At the Englewood Beach on south end of key, it does require a parking fee. The other 2 are free parking. Several restaurants at Englewood Beach are a beautiful drive down Canopy Road (Manasota Key Rd) about 7 miles. There is live entertainment at all restaurants different hours of the day. One of our favorites is Sand Bar Tiki & Grille, especially for dancing. (A great band called (Hang Time) if you get to see them, look at their online monthly entertainment calendar. Enjoy fresh seafood right from the boats as well.

Boat rentals and Kayaks are for rent down around Englewood beach as well.
