The Reserve on Spring in downtown Searcy close to restaurants and Harding!

Thank you for your feedback, Kris! We are glad you found the apartment beautiful and enjoyed the location. We do want to address a few of the concerns mentioned so future guests have accurate information. Check-in is at 4pm, and we noticed from our messages that you arrived several hours early, which may have contributed to some of the check-in difficulty as the unit may not have been fully prepared at that time. We also happily cancelled a night at no charge when your plans changed, and we are glad we could accommodate that. We actually have over 20 glasses in the kitchen in addition to mugs and coffee cups, so there is plenty of glassware on hand for the 10 guests the property allows. As for games and activities, we have Monopoly on the coffee table, baggo boards on the porch, and card games inside. Regarding the window coverings, the blinds do fully close and in more than 3 years of hosting this is the only time we have received this concern. That said, we always take feedback seriously and will double check to make sure everything is in top shape. We hope future guests will feel confident booking with us and know we take great pride in the property!
