Modern Home in Seven Hills

Welcome to our spacious, modern home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, perfect for family stays, business trips, or a relaxing getaway. The home is centrally located with convenient access to major highways and many Cleveland-area attractions.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and welcoming home with plenty of room to spread out. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining room, and powder room.

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, along with 2 full bathrooms.

The fully finished basement provides an additional large entertainment and relaxation space where guests can watch TV, spend time together, or enjoy board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, dishes, utensils, cookware, and multiple small appliances. Bedding and towels are provided during your stay, and extra pillows, bedding, and blankets can be found in the closets.

A grill is available for guest use and is stored on the backyard patio along with outdoor lounge chairs. When using the grill, please move it a safe distance away from the home and other structures.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
This is a strictly PET-FREE, SMOKE-FREE, and DRUG-FREE property. No pets are permitted on the property. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the home.

No parties or events are permitted.

The fireplace is NOT available for guest use and must remain off at all times.

These rules are in place to protect our home and maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all of our guests.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will receive a keypad access code prior to check-in. The property is equipped with keypad smart locks for convenient self check-in. There is no guest access to the garage.

PARKING:
The private driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. There is no garage parking. Street parking is available during the day; however, overnight street parking is not permitted, so all vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight.

LOCATION:
The home is conveniently located near I-480, SR-176, and I-77, making it easy to access downtown Cleveland and surrounding areas.
