Welcome to the Dorchester- this newly renovated building has one upstairs apartment and one downstairs apartment, and this is a combined listing for both apartments. It’s perfect for two families traveling together, wedding parties that want bridesmaids and groomsmen to sleep separately, or any other groups that could benefit from having two kitchens and two living rooms in one shared, private building. Located in the heart of downtown LYH!

ENTRANCE: You`ll enter a foyer with a customized code, then see two doors labeled A and B. A leads to the downstairs unit and B leads upstairs- both units are included in this rental. You can close the apartment doors for privacy or keep them open for easier flow between the two.

-The living room features a sectional, leather chair, and 50` smartTV with wifi.
-The spacious dining table has a top that can be removed to reveal a pool table underneath, or flip the top over and you have a ping pong table.

-Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher
-Pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided for you

This home is located in the heart of Downtown Lynchburg. There is free parking on the premises, but Uber, Lyft, and city buses are also a great way to get around as well!
