Make this Council Grove getaway your home next time you visit the Flint Hills! Enjoy this beautiful newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath house with tons of natural light and space to relax. Casa Azul is conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown Main Street where you can find delicious food, unique stores and awesome people.
We focus on providing our guests with everything you need to feel at HOME.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, oven and electric stove. Necessary cookware and utensils are provided as well as coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper and baking spray.
The open concept in the living and dining area is perfect for entertaining, relaxing and dining. There is a 50 inch Smart TV, high speed internet and board games for you to enjoy!
Each bedroom has its own closet with hangers and a luggage rack.
An office space is provided in one of the bedrooms.
The bathroom has toilet paper, hand soap, makeup remover wipes, cotton balls, Q-tips, hair dyer, sample size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion; first aid kit and towels.
We also provide a Pack 'N Play, iron and ironing board, extra towels and blankets.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
You will have the entire house to yourself. The front door has keyless entry. Private driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles, extra parking on street if needed.
Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is until 11 AM. If you need extra time, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Unauthorized late checkouts will result in an automatic charge of $50 for every hour stayed beyond the designated checkout time.
Rules:
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed inside the house.
3. Please be mindful of noise levels after 10 PM to respect our neighbors.
4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. The house accommodates up to 7 guests comfortably. Please keep this in mind.
5. Any damages or missing items will be charged to your account. Please report any accidents or issues immediately.
6. To ensure all our guests enjoy fresh towels, we kindly ask that they are used for drying off after your shower only. Please avoid using them for: makeup removal, cleaning spills, drying pets.
7. Pets are allowed in the house. Pets should not be left unattended inside the house. Any damages caused by pets will be charged to your account. This includes but is not limited to stains, scratches, chewing, or accidents. Please clean up after your pets, both inside the house and in the yard.
8. Please don't move or water the houseplants.
Checking out:
-Gather all your belongings.
-Place used towels in one of the laundry baskets located in each closet.
-Don't worry about making or stripping the beds, we will take care of that.
-Do your dishes.
-Throw away trash in the bin located on the back porch. If your stay includes a -Tuesday, please take the trash bin out to the curb for collection.
-Lock the front door and back door.
-Turn things off. Set the thermostat to 65 degrees during winter and 75 degrees during summer.
