Important Information:

A signed rental agreement, bunk bed waiver, and photo ID are required. The home is elevated on stilts, necessitating stair access; please note that there is no elevator and the property is not handicap accessible. Stairs are located to the left of the 2-car carport. Additionally, the home is equipped with two cameras (one on the front driveway and another at the entrance on the right side), a back dock camera, and a doorbell camera. Noise level monitors are in place that do not record sound. All smoke detectors include carbon monoxide monitors, and the home is equipped with three fire extinguishers and an alarm system for fire and carbon monoxide monitoring. Home has also passed Breezeways's home safety review Certificate #15717. No smoking or parties are allowed.
