The house has 3 stories, 5bdr / 4.5 bath, approx 3,000 sq ft,  Chef Inspired kitchen equipped with full set of pots, pans, air-fry, high end dining set including plates, bowls, silverware, and glasses of different kinds and sizes.

This house has an open floorplan concept where your family and friends can enjoy conversations and spend time together whether you are sitting in the kitchen, dining room, or family room, you all can still see each other in one spacious space.

Big brand-new dining table for 8 people, big island in the kitchen, oversized sink, electric cooktop, shiny new stainless appliances, Keurig coffee maker + a drip / filter coffee maker, and a blender is also available.

Oversized new sectional sofa in the family room for you to enjoy gathering with your love ones. Premium furniture and mattresses in all bedrooms. Premium Washer/Dryer inside your beach house is free for you to use.

An extended deck in the rear with table and chairs and more chairs readily setup for your family and friends gathering outdoor for a BBQ, or just simply sit and take in the fresh sea air. Many nights, you would find amazing views of the moon and the stars in the clear dark sky over the treetops across the street as if you can almost reach them.

The first story has a convenient enclosed shower that is best use for rinse off sands coming back from the beach or just enjoy using it as an outdoor shower – It has both hot and cold water. There are beach chairs for you to use.

The whole house is wired with a Gigabyte highspeed internet connection, strong Wi-fi access point on 2nd and 3rd floor. If you want to hardwire internet connection for your laptop, bring your own internet cable. There are working desks with chairs for you to use in a few bedrooms.

There are 2 big Smart TVs in family room and in the loft for you to enjoy with the following programs available:
- YoutubeTV (100+ Channels) is provided.
- Netflix Streaming and Prime TV is available using your own accounts.
- Other smart TV apps are there for you to explore.

Parking:

- 2 cars in the drive way.
- There are additional guest parking lots available across from the community house.
 

The community has a walking pathway and Community pool with clubhouse. Only 1.5 miles to Bethany beach and shopping/dining areas for your enjoyment.

The Beach Resort Home has 5 Bedrooms including 2 master bedroom suites, baths, 2 Zone Central Air Conditioning, Utilities, High Speed Internet Access and wireless high speed internet access.  Lovely Gourmet Kitchen with Range, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator / Freezer, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils, Plates, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Bowls, Silverware, Pots and Pans, Clothes Washer & Clothes Dryer, 2 Car enclosed garage.

Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers.  However, bed sheets,  pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
