Hey Dave, Thanks for the vote of confidence. We're in the middle of a sizeable remodel as I write - reconfigured fireplace which is adding square footage to the family room, expanded shower (we added a bench) and new tilework in the 2nd bathroom, and new tilework in the master bathroom and vanity area. The family room and kitchen will have all new furnishings as well. I'll upload pictures of the makeover in July :) Hope to see you again next season, Deanna

Deer valley ski retreat

Excellent location and outstanding host

It was our first time skiing Deer Valley as a family. The host went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had a great time. We cooked a lot in the well-stocked kitchen. The location is so convenient for access to Snow Park Lodge. Everything was clean and cozy after a long day on the slopes!

Another great trip...

This is our favorite place to stay in Park City. D&P are always great hosts and you can't beat the location. Close to the Deer Valley base (by bus or walk) and easy to get to Main Street or Park City Mountain as well. We have stayed here for 3 years straight and looking forward to the next time.

Perfect place

We loved the place! It was perfect size and setup for us (2 adults, 3 kids), the location was great, the bus/walk was easy, large living room space and perfectly sized bedrooms. The hosts were excellent and checked on us repeatedly through our stay to make sure everything was going OK. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great condo in Deer Valley

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Great location, close to the Deer Valley Cafe/grocery and right across the street from a shuttle stop. The kitchen was very well appointed and the entire condo was very nice and well kept up. The beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay in Deer Valley.

Great ski trip condo!

The condo at Chaparral was fantastic! Beautifully remodeled with gorgeous, updated furniture and decor. Less than 2 minutes to the entrance of Snow Park. Owners Deanna and Peter were a pleasure to work with and helpful with all aspects of our trip. We would absolutely stay there again!

Perfectly sized and located condo for our family of four, including jacuzzi for after skiing, open area for snow play, and quick bus ride to ski school at Snow Park Lodge. We loved the kitchen, three TVs, comfortable beds and furniture. The owners, Deanna and Peter, are quick to communicate and extremely helpful. Will stay here again next year!

We'll be ready for you, C and J. We're happy the across-the-street shuttle stop was so convenient for getting the kids to and from ski school each day. An effortless trip is what we want for our guests :) So happy our plumber was able to get there same day to change out the shower cartridge - we very much appreciate you calling that to our attention. Great location, all updated and very friendly owners!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It is all updated and and within a 2 minute shuttle ride to Snow Park lodge for skiing at Deer Valley. The hot tub was a great way to relax after skiing, and Park City restaurants were only a few minutes away! We would absolutely come back!

Great condo!

Condo was clean, updated, well equipped and very comfortable. Very convenient to Deer Valley base via free shuttle. Loved having our own hot tub on the deck. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this unit!

Beautiful Ski Condo

This is our third year staying at this amazing condo and everything was perfect as usual. The location couldn't be more convenient. It had everything we needed. It was very spacious with comfortable beds and great updated bathrooms. Thank you Deanna and Peter! We hope to return!

We are simply crazy about Deer Valley / Park City. This is a year-round vacation ah-hh spot for our family that delivers the beauty, serenity, and variety of activities we want in a second home. It's so easy to get here from Salt Lake City - you just can't beat 3 lanes of freeway all the way up the mountain. You can breathe up here! Our lower base altitude lets you play hard during the day with no altitude headache in the evening.

Ski slopes to the left, amazing mountain town to the right, lakes and peaks all around, and extraordinary day drives. There's just never enough time to do all that Deer Valley and Park City offer.
Having a shuttle stop right across the street makes getting to Deer Valley's base and all things Park City so-o easy.
