The space
The Living Room.
A spacious room with plentiful access to natural light as well as a beautiful chandelier with 3 different light settings. It has a comfortable 5-seater couch (complete with throw pillows and extra blankets) and comes with a 55” smart tv with pre-paid access to Netflix. There is a creative entertainment unit atop which sits a JBL sound bar to ensure that audio quality is the best when watching shows or listening to music/podcasts. There is a raised table with 4 bar seats at which guests can enjoy a pleasant night of conversation with friends over a bottle of wine or sit and work comfortably.

The Terrace.
A large space that can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably. The floor has been covered by artificial turf to ensure comfort. The open space has been sealed off to keep dust away but can be opened to allow for a calming breeze as guests enjoy the space either with a book or some snacks. At night the concept cloud lighting fixture allows for a very beautiful space to listen to music and talk with friends.

The Kitchen.
This listing comes with a large and well equipped kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a water dispenser, a functional sink for dishes not to mention a full set of cutlery and crockery including pots and pans.

The Washroom.
There is a drawer above the sink that doubles as a mirror. Guests can use this to store some of their toiletries and personal effects. This listing comes with a separate bathroom and toilet. This bedroom also comes with an iron box to ensure all guests are sharply dressed as they step out to accomplish their tasks for the day/night.

Bedroom 2.
Although the smaller of the 2 bedrooms, this bedroom also comes with a large and unique 5’*6’ bed with a heavy foam mattress. This bedroom has larger windows and therefore receives a lot more natural light meaning guests can enjoy the sunrise as the wake up. This bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe that affords guests ample storage space.
Guest access
At this listing guests have access to all the features available and will not be required to share anything. If at any point a guest would like a specific feature added (primarily for longer term guests), I am more than open to accommodating the requests that I can.
