Starting on the top floor, our home has a private master bedroom with king size bed and memory foam mattress, seating area, and en-suite bathroom.

The third floor features a large open living room, full kitchen with bar and table seating, 6 person dining room table, half bath, large Smart tv, bluetooth Bose speaker, outdoor deck with table and chairs overlooking the clubhouse and pool area.

The second floor has a second master bedroom with king size bed and memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom with bunk beds and pull out trundle bed with its own en-suite bathroom.
Yes, all three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms!!
Also on this floor is the laundry area with a washer and dryer.

All new LVP flooring in all living spaces and hallways.

The ground floor features a spacious garage with air hockey table, foosball table, and poker table. The main parking area is a space in front of the home and a reserved spot in the parking lot. There is parking available in the garage as well. There is plenty of open area around the house for walking and playing with your pets.

Included in the home for your use are:

Cornhole set
Beach chairs with rolling cart
One adult sized bicycle
One medium sized bicycle
Extra Large Dog Crate
Beach cart, beach toys, and boogie boards.

One of best parts of the Cambridge Cove community is access to the bike paths and trails in the area. The Wright Brothers Memorial is a 2 minute bike ride away. The area also has quick access to the Butterfly Garden and Arboretum, Turtle Pond, and a Disc Golf Course.

May 1st - 3rd: 11am-7pm
May 8th - 10th: 11am-7pm
May 15th - 17th: 11am-7pm
May 22th - September 6th: 10am - 9pm
September 7th - September 30th: 11am - 7pm
October 1st: Closed for Season

You will have access to the pool the entire day of check in and checkout.
