Guys fishing trip

So let me start by saying my BFF and zi decided to go with the guys on a Cabo “fishing” trip. I will say we go to Cabo at least 2x a year but this was our first time at Terrasol Condos. The resort is quite and small which was perfect for us. The staff there could not be better. When you walked into the condo it looked nice and clean. As you started living in it.. not so much. I will also say that the host was fast to respond and took note of the things that needed to be addressed and I felt like she listened to our concerns. This condo has comfy beds, and the best view in town.

Disappointed.

Property was dilapidated and very unclean. Floors were filthy. Windows were dirty. Sliding glass door was old, difficult to open and shut, would not close so wind would make howling noise. They said they would send cleaning crew but never did. Great location, but needs updating and rehabilitation and cleaning.

Nice unit and location, but communication lacking

Great stay and comfortable unit overlooking the pool and beach. Close to marina and restaurants. We had some questions during our stay (how to work tv, no second key, etc..) and I sent several emails to the host with no response, which was odd as she had responded well prior to our arrival.

Great trip

We really enjoyed our stay. I would say that the unit was a little dated. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of towels. I did noticed when we opened cabinets, they were quite dirty. Nothing that I couldn't get past. There were no extra linens for the beds. And some of the pillow cases were dirty, so we just didn't use those pillows. Staff was really friendly and helpful. All in all, 8/10 would recommend.

Overpriced

The resort itself is good, very quiet, good pools and the restaurant is great. Our room on the other hand was just average. Very disappointed for the price we payed. The condo was very clean, no maid at any point in the stay (8 days) and had no broom or anything to be able to clean. The pans for cooking were very old and just need to be thrown away. There was a leak under the sink and dishwasher didn’t work very well. Had a broken pantry door off the hinges and sitting in the pantry. Stains all over the dining chairs and couches. Outside on the patio there was no umbrella, the two lounge chairs were laying on their side with no cushions. It just wasn’t very inviting almost felt like someone lives there and just left so we could rent it. If the rental was cheaper then this would have been more expected but this price point….no way!!!

Disappointed and won't be staying in this unit again.

Be Cautious! Dated unit with most of the original floors, furniture and layout. We arrived the day before the Hurricane and decided to let them prepare the unit for the inbound storm but when I asked for a credit or future consideration, I was told that any storm is an Act of God and they don't give any consideration. Not to worry, I will NEVER do business with this agent or stay in this unit again. I am all about good customer service and I give this experience an extremely poor rating.
