Head to the detached carriage house to challenge your guests to games of pool, air hockey, or shuffleboard in the game room. After a day of adventure on the lake, unwind in the bubbling hot tub. Nearby attractions include hiking at Swallow Falls State Park, the Wisp Resort Mountain Coaster, and Oakland Golf Course, all within a 10-mile radius. Skiers will also love the world-class slopes just down the road.

Inside the main house, you'll be greeted by a bright and cozy atmosphere. Make yourself at home on the plush furniture, stream your favorite movies on the large TV, or curl up with a good book by the crackling stone fireplace. Gather at the formal dining table for board games or home-cooked meals. The sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space, will delight any hobby chef, perfect for preparing both grand meals and lakeside snacks. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds ensure that everyone gets a restful night's sleep after a day full of activities.

The cabana house provides a relaxing lakeside retreat, complete with a full-size refrigerator, cabinetry, counter space, and bar-style seating, ideal for enjoying the lake views and socializing. The property’s abundant amenities include access to a peaceful 2.5-mile walking trail, large outdoor seating areas, a firepit, a gas grill, a private beach, and a dock slip for easy access to the lake.


THINGS TO KNOW
The docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
For little guests, a Pack N Play is provided.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Dock details: Private dock located behind home down wooden pathway. Available Memorial Day thru Labor Day.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 24 years of age to book. Guests under 24 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
