Located in Coastal Waters, an Oceanfront complex with walking distance to 27th Avenue Park, So Napa Wine Bar and Chases on the Beach restaurant and bar. Across the street is the popular Izzy’s Island Tacos & Ice Cream shop. Only 2.5 miles from Flagler Ave & Canal Street. Private beach access gate provides easy beach access. Driving /non driving beach divider right by 27th avenue (so take your pick of where you'd like to set up for the day (non-drive is great if you have small children)

This clean and well cared for 1 bedroom, 1 bath 3rd floor end unit offers amazing views from the front balcony. This 3rd floor unit provides great views from the living room and private balcony. Condo has two queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Full-size kitchen stocked with all the essentials you need for your home away from home vacation. In addition, kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee maker and Tea Kettle and we will provide complimentary coffee/tea during your stay! Relax and enjoy spectacular sunrises, or watch the moon rise above the Atlantic while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and beach tubes are available in the condo for your use. This complex offers a pool located on the waters edge with ample chairs and umbrellas on the pool deck with a BBQ pit area for guests.

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.

PLEASE NOTE: The condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!
