This home boasts more than 8,400 square feet of luxury living, ideal for large gatherings of families and friends. It has 11 bedrooms, 20 beds +3 with sleeper sofas (sleeps 36 total), 4 living rooms, Game Room, Billiards Room, Bar Room, and Movie Theater, The property sits on more than 3 acres of land on the southeast quadrant of the lake. The panoramic view allows renters to enjoy a lake view from almost every room in the house! There are 3 stories. The top floor has 6 bedrooms, and a lakeside living room & billiards room, with 2 half-kitchens. The top floor guests also enjoy a fully covered balcony with an unmatched view of the lake. The middle floor is the heart of this home, complete with a massive double kitchen, a lakeside living room with indoor fire pit, a theatre room with 8 leather recliners, one half-bathroom, and two bedrooms with en suite full baths. Additionally, you will find a large dining area. The seating in the dining room, coupled with the kitchen will accommodate more than 50 people, perfect for a large family!! The second floor also has a large fully covered balcony with outdoor kitchen & bar and incredible views, ideal for parties and special events. Finally, on the first floor you will find two full king size suites, each with an adjacent large living room and en suite baths. There is also a bunk room on the first floor with 6 beds suitable for adults, teens or children. And just outside the bunk room you’ll find a desk in a quiet nook to knock out some work-from-“home” business. There is also a “Tiki Bar” & Game Room featuring Air Hockey, Foosball, Multicade with over 3500 classic arcade games, Shuffleboard, Darts, and Ping Pong (outside). We also have a full sized Pickleball set that guests can play in the driveway. When you step out of the back of this house you will find a massive backyard with a beautiful patio area, perfect for cornhole, volleyball and other yard games. We have Cornhole, Kan Jam, Poleski Bottle Bash/Beersbee, Bocce, Competition-Quality Volleyball, Mega Pong, pop-up soccer net, Rollers and more! The house is equipped with stainless appliances, 18 flat-screen HDTVs throughout, and upscale furnishings. This home has been designed and built to accommodate a very large family or a group of families. It is ideal for family reunions or a corporate retreat. And we just completely renovated our boathouse, adding a rooftop deck & outdoor living room, making it an amazing place to spend an afternoon or evening.

*No RVs on property. Our guest maximum, day or night, should never exceed the overnight house maximum without written permission from host.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be initially provided to get your stay off the ground. Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Location
Perfectly protected from main lake traffic by a big, beautiful cove (Poe Creek) which is widely regarded as the top water on Lake Gaston. Large enough to ski on and less than a one-minute boat ride from main lake action.
When looking at a map of Lake Gaston, our home is located on the SE Quad of the lake just south of mile marker 4 near Goat Island.
Located just 10 miles from I-95 off the Roanoke Rapids exit. We’re very easy to access for both North & South vacationers.
