Welcome to our coastal chic vacation home in beautiful Fort Collins! Our sunny and bright home features tons of windows, vaulted ceilings and light wood accents complimented with subtle pops of greenery throughout. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere with a stylish and elegant décor, perfect for a relaxing getaway. You will absolutely love having access to the 2-car garage and a beautiful rooftop deck with mountain views. Enjoy peekaboo views of New Belgium while you relax in the comfort of our living room!
Our vacation rental is located in the desirable Old Town North neighborhood, just steps away from the Brewery District and the Poudre River Trail. The Brewery District is home to a variety of craft breweries, where you can sample local beers and enjoy a lively atmosphere. While the Poudre River Trail is a popular spot for walking, biking, and enjoying the natural landscape. Downtown Fort Collins is also a short drive away, offering a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. From trendy boutiques and artisanal coffee shops to delicious restaurants and lively bars, there is something for everyone in Downtown Fort Collins. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore and discover, our location is the perfect base for your vacation in Fort Collins!

BATHROOMS: There is a main floor half bath and two bathrooms upstairs. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: There is a private two-car garage with an EV charger, and street parking is also available.
