Watch manatees and sea turtles swim up to your back door, or walk down to the heated pool for a swim or BBQ while you watch the boats sail by.

The community is gated and in a safe neighborhood convenient to many hospitals and local attractions. 15 min drive to downtown West Palm Beach. Walking distance to Singer Island beaches (15 min) and restaurants as well as a Publix supermarket (5 min).

Enjoy central air conditioning and comfortable furnishings - we love our couch! Main bedroom with king size bed (brand new mattress), blackout curtains, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom next door with standup shower. Both bedrooms have TVs and plenty of storage space. Desk set-up for those who need it for work, study, etc. The kitchen has new appliances and is well stocked for all your cooking needs... dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker, water dispenser, Keurig, dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a ventless dryer in the unit and shared full laundry room just steps down the hall.
