The owners have invested over 100K in remodel expense. 706 has all of the modern conveniences you could want, Brand new custom kitchen, complete with wetbar, icemaker, and tons of counter space and storage, new appliances, comfortable bedding, and beautiful New tile flooring throughout, new paint and furniture.

Relax and be amazed at the views for every room. All 3 Bedrooms and the living room are all direct gulf front, with floor to ceiling windows and balcony access to offer the absolute best views of the sand, surf, and sunsets.

Long Beach is a fully gated and guarded resort located in the heart of PCB and is within walking distance to many local attractions and restaurants. The resort offers a HUGE resort pool and 2 smaller heated pools, ample parking directly in front of the condo (no crossing a pedestiran bridge). Here is the layout of the condo.
Gulf front master has a king bed (brand new!) and ensuite with an oversize tub/shower and balcony access.
Second gulf front master bedroom has two queen beds, ensuite bath, and balcony access.
Third bedroom gulf front master has a king bed and ensuite with beautiful walk in shower, and private balcony.

Beautiful Beach

The condo was fabulous. Communication was outstanding with info about local area. The cleanliness of the Long Beach pool and hot tub was horrible. First night cockroaches running into hot tub while we were trying to relax in the tub. Could not scare away. Spent hot tub time killing cockroaches! Swimming pool with waterfall had a dead mouse in the pool. After two days we used net and removed mouse from pool and set on electrical box.

Beach birthday celebration

Family gathering for a 50th birthday and it was everything we expected and more! The location was perfect and the condo was the perfect size with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The only complaint was the patio door that was supposed to be fixed while there but still very difficult to open and close. Otherwise, great rental. We loved the beach!!!

Love Long Beach

We have stayed at Long Beach 3 years in onya row. This unit was the best one! Very clean and nicely decorated. The laundry area had plenty of room for storing our beach wagon, chairs and toys. The beds were comfortable. The door to the balcony was very difficult to open and squeeky. Only 1 extra blanket. The coffee maker could be newer. Couldnt make coffee without grounds on it. Other than those 3 minor things it was amazing. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils. Great views and close to shopping.our family is growing so we will need more bedrooms, but 100% recommend this unit.

Beautiful Balcony with Million Dollar View!

The property management company was very accommodating, communication was great, and we had a great first visit to PCB. The condo was recently renovated and had everything we needed to start off our long Labor Day Weekend getaway. The view was AMAZING, and the location was PERFECT. Parking was plentiful and elevators were fast (we were on the 7th floor). This getaway was a group of life-long friends, but it would be perfect for families as well. Would highly recommend and look forward to our next visit!
