The house is short 5 minute ride to the family friendly bayside beaches and only 8 minutes to the National Sea Shore beaches. Access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is only a short 3 minute bike ride away. Pile everyone in the car for a less than 10 minute ride to the old-school Wellfleet Drive-In.

Wash off the sand from a day at the beach in the refreshing, brand new outdoor shower. Enjoy dinners al fresco on the large, covered deck. The deck features a brand new Weber gas grill and overlooks a large, private yard perfect for lawn games. The backyard includes a custom built firepit area complete with a SoloStove. Perfect for S'mores! Move the party to the side yard and enjoy some friendly competition on the newly built bocce court. Gather the family for movie or game nights in the large great room complete with a full wet bar!

As long time renters on Cape Cod we have prepared our home with what renters want in mind. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking utensils, bakeware, a blender, and a food processor. There is plenty of seating for family meals including a six seat dinning table, two bar seats in the kitchen, and four seats at the bar in the family room. Plus there is a large outdoor dining table on the deck that is covered by a retractable awning! Cook dinner outside on the brand new Weber gas grill.

For rainy days or a night in after a day at the beach, there are plenty of puzzles and board games. There are also two brand new Roku enabled TVs for additional entertainment.

The house is large enough to comfortably sleep up to two families. The downstairs bedroom has a new queen bed. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One with two double beds and one with a queen and bunk beds. There is a conveniently located full bathroom on each floor. All bedrooms have their own window unit air conditioner.

In addition to the primary bedroom, there is an office on the first floor. The office has a desk, couch, and new Smart TV. With top of line high speed WiFi, you can even sneak in a little work if you have to!
