This simple, efficient location is the perfect place to wind down and disconnect in beautiful St. John.

A Love & Beyond is designed to promote ease and enjoyment; from the furnishings and well-stocked kitchen, featuring new appliances, to the split unit a/c, large ceiling fans, inviting showers, and windows that afford 180-degree breathtaking views. The home is located just minutes from the town of Coral Bay, where you can shop, dine or find other fun activities!

Relax on the balcony and enjoy the spacious covered porches, cozy furniture and light trade winds as you watch the changing shadows on the lush hillsides.

Inside, the custom countertops are a piece of art that feature seashells and sea glass collected over time. The home features original, local art. 

The home is 910 square feet between the outside and inside. 

A love & beyond is equipped with backup batteries and solar in the event of a power outage.

Beach chairs, turkish beach towels and a cooler is provided for your convenience.

A virtual guide is provided upon booking. The guide provides information about how to get to St. John, car rental suggestions, as well as restaurant, hiking and beach info. It will help eliminate a lot of research time on your end!

We absolutely loved our stay! This unit is perfectly appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved eating our meals out on the deck with spectacular views. There are restaurants close by. We enjoyed grilling fresh catch fish on the grill while viewing the sunset. We will be back for another stay!

The photos do it no justice! This was our first ever tropical paradise vacation and had a wonderful time! The apartment was adorable and super clean! It had everything we needed for our 11 day stay. Full amenities (full kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, grill, etc)The view of coral bay from here was amazing! There was a steady, gentle breeze throughout our entire stay. The tile flooring throughout felt great on our bare feet and the bed was soft and really comfortable. Communication with the host was fantastic! I believe the owner is also a local artist and left us a little gift for our stay. It had a nice big shower and i loved the ceiling fan in the bathroom lol. This trip was a dream come true for us and staying here was a big part of that. Relaxing on the patio in the mornings and evenings was a perfect start and finish to each day. We hope to come back and 1000% will be looking to book another stay here. Thank you for helping make our trip perfect!

Nice accomodations

We travel frequently and this was the cleanest lodging we have ever stayed at. Spotless. They have done well providing everything that is needed, from quality kitchen accessories, to beach shade and supplies. Additionally, the host and communication was phenomenal. This is located in a decent place with a great view. Very private. Only a 12 minute drive to North beaches. The only draw back is the steep, narrow road that has many jackknife corners. Impossible to see an oncoming car until your commited to your turn. May be a draw back for us to return if road does not improve or they do not post corner mirrors like neighboring communities have. Additionally, the bed is too soft and you sink deeply into the foam; slightly over 200lbs. Slept on the floor a couple nights because it was uncomfortable.

Incredible Coral Bay Stay

Our stay at A Love And Beyond - Sunrise was nothing short of exceptional! It all began with the amazing Emma and her crew at Windspree Vacations ... they were friendly, helpful, super responsive, and very clearly have this vacation rental thing nailed. The shining star, however, is A Love And Beyond. A new build, with an exceptional location and view, we were so impressed at every aspect of this rental. The location is outstanding. Perched high atop Seagrape Hill Road, there are only two places above, so the location is quite private and quiet, and the view is to die for. The approach is a bit sporty, in typical St. John fashion, but it's a quiet rd so not stressful. I think we only passed one car in the entire week we stayed there. The unit was super clean (a huge factor for us), laid out very well, high quality linens/towels/toiletries, the large shower situation is wonderful (with a window in the shower :), fully stocked kitchen with solid cutlery, nice pans, plenty of bowls/Tupperware, perfect assortment of plates/bowls/glassware, top notch appliances ... and exceeding our wildest expectations, a really nice gas grill with full propane tank.We made breakfast and dinner there each day, and prepped lunches for the beach. We had everything we needed ... which is unusual for our Vacation Rental experience. The most stunning aspect of A Love And Beyond is the view from the porch. We could have stayed there all day :)One of our best vacation rentals ever!!

We’ve visited St. John many times over the past 15 years and have stayed in a different villa each trip. But this was, without a doubt, our favorite stay.For this visit, we chose Sunrise Villa at A Love & Beyond, and it exceeded every expectation. The views in the photos truly speak for themselves, but they’re even more stunning in person. Each morning, we enjoyed tea and breakfast on the shaded deck, watching Coral Bay slowly come to life. The peacefulness was unmatched. You could hear the wind through the trees, birds singing, and even the occasional (and adorable) goat.We especially loved the wildlife. Pearly-eyed thrashers, bananakeets, and hummingbirds visited the feeders daily and often joined us for breakfast. In the evenings, the sunsets were beautiful and even visible from the small shower window. Such a simple but incredibly relaxing touch.Inside, the home was just as impressive. Large windows and doors made it easy to enjoy the views from every angle. Although there was a TV, we never turned it on. The scenery outside was more than enough. The house was spotless, well-organized, and had plenty of storage. We also appreciated the selection of books, especially those about St. John, which added an extra layer to the experience.We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the island. We were genuinely sad to leave, and would return in a heartbeat.
