There are 2 levels, downstairs level: Kitchen, office, dining room, 1/2 bath, and laundry room. Upstairs level: Livingroom (1 Queen size sofabeds/sleeps 2), 3 bedrooms (3 Queen size beds/sleeps 6), and full bathroom.

Huge fenced-in backyard with BBQ, patio set, and firepit. Kids can run around and play and then roast smores in the evening.

The foosball and Air Hockey Table is in the downstairs area to entertain you when you just feel like staying home.

The washer and dryer are in the unit and are free.

Free parking for 2 cars in the driveway and there's street parking.

Vacuum, broom/Dustpan, duster, mop, and some cleaning supplies available in the home.

There are many things in the area of Montgomery to do. There’s Raging Waves Water park, Golf Courses, and miniature golf places. Not far from Hollywood casino and Paramount theater also. You are within an hour from either airports. There is a House manual that has many activities listed in it, please check it out when you get to our place.

NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS, AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOME OR IN THE GARAGE AREA.

*2 dogs max (must be under 50lbs), no exceptions
*$50.00 per pet per stay (not daily)
*Dogs must stay off furniture and beds and be housebroken
*Must pick up poop immediately in yard
*Dogs must be crated when left alone in the apartment
*To be considered a service or ESA dog, the dog must be with its owner full-time and not left home alone.
