- A copy of a valid photo ID is required prior to arrival at the property as well as acceptance of Rental Agreement and Rental Addendum without alteration and signed by the person who paid, is named on the credit card, and accepted the Rental Agreement.
- Reservation information must be accurate at the time of booking. Additional fees may be applied for changes after reservations are confirmed. Please contact owner for any updates to your reservation, NO SUBLETTING.
Please inform owner if you wish to have a visitor above those entered staying on the Rental Addendum, as you need owner's permission.
NO additional guests without owner pre-approval., and charges for additional guest if approved.
March-April must contact the owner for "Spring Breakers" before booking.
