This fantastic Villa has a garden with swimming pool. It has 2 big bedrooms with 2 beautiful bathrooms. One bedroom has a fantastic pool view. From out of this bedroom you will jump directly in the swimming pool. The living room is spacious and comfortable. There is a design kitchen with all the luxury that you will need. One of the best places of the Pool villa is the ‘open living’. It has a big sofa and 2 fans. Probably you will stay here a lot of your time. From out of here you have a spectacular view over the pool. In the evening you can enjoy here the romantic atmosphere of this great house. The Villa is very suitable for families with children. There’s a sun lounger, dining table with chairs and of course……the swimming pool.

Can you imagine it? Sunset, a good glass of wine, your favourite music. That's holiday!

This beautiful villa was perfect for our vacation, the area was quiet, clean and calm to just relax and Pattaya. The housekeeper was very respectful, helpful and nice. We would stay here 10 out of 10 times and 100% recommend.

The property is very clean, everything is functioning well, fully equipped to cook and enkoy the stay. The pool is great, cleaning is regular. Everywhere is 10 mins drive as well as few mins walk to nearby night market. The host is easily contactable and goes over and beyong for guests to enjoy the stay. The only downside is the ugly pond in front/outside of the property. It just makes the view from the pool ugly. While the owner may not be able to change the area outside, I would recommend blocking off the view to the pond. We stayed with young children and truly enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful, quiet rest & relaxation.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. It is quiet, serene but, close enough to everything one would need. Restaurants, bars, convenience stores, laundry, quite literally everything one would need/require is within a kilometer. The property itself is absolutely perfect from its layout to cleanliness & decor. With pool access from bedroom 1 & the living room you can make the outdoor & indoor areas continuous by simply sliding ope a couple of doors!! I highly recommend this property for beauty, layout, comfort, location and value.

Excellent Villa

The Villa is everything as promised. The host and her son was always helpful and we would stay there again in a heart beat. I would recommend this to anyone who does not need assistance to be mobile. The streets and lane ways may be a little busy to walk around in for those traveling with elders or young children. Otherwise, the Villa deserves 7 stars.

Absolutely beautiful property. One of the few properties that are even more impressive than the photos. Spotlessly clean. Everything in perfect working order. The pool is fantastic. Outdoor seating is extremely clean and comfortable. Very near the main areas of Pattya. Short taxi ride to Walking Street and the ocean front restaurants, bars and shopping. Walking distance to 7-11, foot massage and some local eateries. Cleaning done on a daily basis. I would rate this property higher than five stars if possible. Thank you Johan and Martin for everything!

Luxury villa with wonderful pool

We had a wonderful week in the villa. The villa is very well assured. We felt very safe. There is also a secured carport where we parked our rented car. The villa is very well furnished. There are air condition and fans in every room which makes sleeping in the warm nights very easy. A maid came every day to clean the rooms, to make the beds and to change the towels for the bathroom and the pool. We appreciated this very much. Especially our two daughters loved the pool. It was nice and very clean. Martin who lives in the neighboring house wellcomed us very warmly. He had a lot of informations for us. That was very helpful. Thank you for great holidays in Pattaya.

my family and I stayed in this spacious manicured villa and enjoyed rest and relaxation days. our villa was cleaned daily without disturbing us. the maid was very helpful and so friendly to my pregnant wife too . well cleaned pool...everything superb .also johan 's friend martien , who briefed me in the premises of the villa ... everything perfect and a nice contact. hope we will get this house again in the future to spend some awesome days here again book early as this mansion is already booked out several months in advance recommended . you get for your money a piece of paradise .... hopefully soon ... even the email contact johan months in advance , and the entire settlement , without any problems and very pleasant everytime again:-))

Amazing Villa!

To keep it short and simple: the Villa we booked beated our highest expectations! We had the condo with the lakeview on the ground floor. This was not our first trip to pattaya (and definitely not our last) and before we used to stay in the hotels around beachroad. This time we decided not to stay in a Hotel and saw the Villa in the Internet. So we just booked it. The interior of the appartment is absolutely high Standard and fulfills your dreams. Every room has its own bathroom. The pool is really refreshing on hot sunny pattaya days and the water is always clean. What u can see on the photos in the Internet is absolutely what u get. There are no photoshoped or filtered photos in it. Martin and Johan are great and friendly hosts with good english skills. So the communication is very easy. Even we did not see them every day cause on some days we slept until the sun goes down. The cleaning ladies dont speak english but honestly they dont have to cause they know their Job very well. The Location of the Villa is a Little bit outside of the centre as you can see on the map. Its a very quiet area with some grocery stores and laundries just around the Corner. Its a 10-15 minutes walk to Walking street (the heartbeat of pattaya and Life!) I think this will be your destination for some funny night activities. If you decide to catch a motorbike-taxi to get back from Walking street, maybe a Little tipsy in the night, you should remember the Name of the mainroad because some of the taxidrivers dont really know the street of the house. What else can i say? We are really thankful for the awesome time we had in the villa and we are definitely going to book it again!

Mein Aufenthalt war vom 14.3. bis 27.3.2020. Das Haus mit dem eigenen Pool ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Arbeit der Dame für die tägliche Reinigung. Besser kann man nicht sauber machen!! Ich kann dieses Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen und ich komme bestimmt wieder

Beautiful home

We spent 6 weeks in this lovely villa in Pattaya, it's in a really good location, near the centre of Pattaya yet in a quiet residential area with a super bar and restaurant (Thai and Italian) just a few yards up the street. The villa is really lovely, nicely laid out and beautifully appointed with nice furniture, clever lighting, fans and lovely decor not to mention the super private pool. The lovely maid, Ay, came every morning to clean inside and out and make the beds and she also did our laundry for us at a more than reasonable price. Our 6 weeks there flew by and we loved every day in the glorious warm weather. We would strongly recommend it to anyone considering a Winter in Pattaya but do take some Mosquito repellent with you as they can be a nuisance at sundown. Many thanks to Johan and Ped and especially Ay who was lovely and kind to us.
