Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom condo was perfect for our short stay. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped. The only negative thing was that the condo smelled strongly of marijuana when we arrived and there was pot residue on the sofa table. Otherwise everything was very clean and well kept.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. I was especially impressed with the appliances available in the kitchen. The shower in the main bathroom didn’t drain well but that didn’t affect us too much. There also wasn’t a blanket or pillows available for the pull out bed. Luckily we had brought a blanket with us. Otherwise everything was really good. One recommendation I would make (not a complaint) would be to add a child safety lock to the balcony door. My three year old could easily open it, which worried me the entire time. I used my umbrella in the door track to make sure he didn’t open it during the middle of the night or while we weren’t looking.

Great little condo getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a great view on the 9th floor facing the beach. Sunsets were awesome to watch. The place was very clean when we arrived and had some basic provisions to get us started. The kitchen was well set up with pots pans and basics for cooking. Coffee maker and blender were clean and worked well. TVs are good size, one in the bedroom and one in the living room with surround sound. We were within a few minutes of dolphin cruises and restaurants. The Grand Marlin restaurant was awesome. Check in and out were easy and the staff was friendly. This condo had one bedroom and two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen around the balcony side toward the water. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple looking to get away to the beach.

Vacation Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Walk. The only suggestion we could make would be to change out the mattress in the bedroom. The mattress was way to soft or worn out and very uncomfortable.
