Casa Barranco is an absolutely stunning 3+1 bedroom vacation home in Coco Bay Estates.  Translated to "ravine" in English, Casa Barranco sits high on a hill with sweeping views of the Pacifico Ocean, Playas del Coco, and Rincon de la Vieja Volcano.  This modern house has a spectacular covered terrace with a unique pool/hot tub combination, beautiful decor, and gorgeous finishes.

Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

Coco Bay Estates is a gated community located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal.  Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco.  Guests can access the development's on-site fitness facility including a gym and tennis courts. The entry is through a guarded security gate and the development has 24-hour on-site security.  

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR).  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guest have private access to the entire home. There are no shared spaces.

This stunning home offers open-concept indoor/outdoor living with breathtaking views of Playas del Coco and the Papagayo Peninsula. The main level features a sleek kitchen, dining for eight, and a living space that opens to a covered terrace with a skylight over the unique pool/hot tub. Enjoy the outdoor lounge, gas grill with an extractor fan, and Bluetooth sound system for seamless entertainment. The luxurious primary suite is set on the main floor with 3 additional bedrooms on the lower level. The lower level also features a cozy den with a Smart TV and sofa bed, plus a full laundry room.

Primary Suite - King bed, Smart TV, private balcony, and a spa-like ensuite with a soaker tub and sliding doors to a private terrace.

Lower-level South Suite - King bed, ensuite bathroom, private balcony
Lower-level Attached Casita - Kitchenette, living area with futon and Smart TV, king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, private balcony

The home has private, covered parking with space for 4 vehicles. Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with! Golf carts are NOT permitted in this section of the development due to the steep terrain. We do not recommend renting this home without a rental car or private driver.  We do not have Uber or Lyft here and taxis are not always readily available.

VARIABLE PRICING - While this home sleeps 11, the pricing starts for groups of 6.  This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.
