Our non profit hosts a women's getaway twice a year and this was our sixth one. This by far was our favorite house. We had plenty of bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was open and the living area was perfect. Loved the outdoor area and the dock! The only thing I would ask is more cookie sheets and serving spoons/utensils. The kayak seats are all broken too. We were still able to use two of them by sitting on the life jackets. There was only one full paddle and a broken one to use with the kayaks as well. We will try and book this house again for next weekend. The whole group loved it!

Loved this property--beautifully appointed and very well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, etc. One note--the dock for this property is not a 'boat dock.' It's more of a platform--we had to use the dock next door for our boat. Otherwise, great location and close to services in town.

I booked this home for a girls trip for me, my mother in law, sisters in law, and nieces. It was incredible. Everyone was so comfortable. It was the perfect space for us to all hang out and have some much needed girl time together. This house is very close to the town square which was so convenient. We didn’t come during peak water season but even still it was a wonderful time. We might just make this an annual trip here.

Not one complaint about our entire stay! Hosts were amazing, house was immaculate and I’m so thankful to have found it! Tim’s Ford Lake/Winchester is a beautiful place to be.

This is a beautiful home! We loved the design - the house received many compliments from our guests. Everyone had space to relax and enjoy the views from the various decks. My 89 mother was very comfortable in her downstairs bed and bath. Kitchen/dining room were spacious and welcoming, and we had all our meals there. Our son loved taking the kayak out on the water. Quiet neighborhood with birdsong and the occasional boat going by. Just a few minutes to town and then 20 minutes up the mountain to Sewanee, where our daughter just graduated. Thank you for a wonderful place to land!

Girls family trip

Absolutley beautiful home! We had a group of 12 and everyone was so impressed with the place! Every bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had top of the line cooking utensils/cookware! We will definitely be back!

The house was lovely but it had a lot of spider web everywhere especially in the lighting over kitchen table and corners of the walls the outdoor water equipment in terrible shape other renters look like they just didn’t care about how they put things up life jackets throwed everywhere but over all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again. Modern Brand Lakehouse stay

This was a perfect place for us to stay while attending a family reunion in Winchester, Tennessee. The only thing I'd add to the house and its contents are some washcloths in each bathroom. We had a very good experience staying in this spacious, lovely home.

Perfect family getaway

This place is absolutely perfect. It had plenty of space for our large family of 12 to spread out. We loved the kayaks and easy access to the lake! The place is simply stunning inside and out! Everything was beautifully clean and we appreciate all the high end finishes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful immaculate home on the lake!

Relax, Release, Retreat

What an amazing lake house, my sisters and I did a mother/daughter weekend bonding retreat. This home was more than we expected, it was spacious, beautifully decorated down to the least little detail. We will definitely book this location again!!

Lovely home!

The property is absolutely beautiful and fully stocked with essentials…or anything you might need for a fun stay on the lake. The hostess was kind and responded quickly to any questions. We were in town for a short stay so didn’t get to enjoy all the house had to offer but will definitely return!

Outstanding!

This was the perfect house for our annual girls' trip. The home was so beautiful and comfortable, and the owner was always very responsive. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone had a fantastic time! Plenty of hiking near the home, and Filo's Tavern on the square was delicious. We hope to come back when the weather is warmer so that we can take advantage of the lake!

Beautiful Home

We had the best time here. The house is STUNNING. Upon arrival it was easy to get in, the house was spotless, lots of extra amenities provided. The location is wonderful, walking distance from the square. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing girls weekend. We all agreed Ed we want to come back soon! Thank you!!

Lake trip

Everything about the house was great. Travelers should be aware they do not provide washcloths with the exception of a couple makeup removal ones. I would have preferred that beautiful deck had a dining table and chairs. The view is great!

Best Family Christmas

Our 84 year old matriarch had the great privilege of having all of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren under one roof. This was the first time, now I don't think we can Not do it. It was amazing. The view is great. The lake was damned up so my brother didn't get to fish, but we were okay with that as well. We all loved being together in this amazing home.
