Patio furniture must be returned to original positions along with cushions
Trash - If outdoor trash receptacles become full notify property manager immediately
Septic System - only toilet paper may be flushed in toilet

When Checking Out:
Place all towels and used kitchen linens in tub
All trash must be removed from inside home and placed in outside receptacle
All dishes/kitchenware must be cleaned and put away or in dishwasher and wash cycle started
All lights turned off
Key returned to key box
Remove all food/drinks from fridge/pantry


Additional information/rules:

Alert host of accidents/damages - subject to fee for not notifying owner before checkout and fee for damage claim
Repair fees will be determined based on level of damage and costs

*We provide a welcome basket for all guests that includes a guide for the home and some information about the area. We also provide bottled water and a few light snacks in the basket. If you or your guests have any food allergies and/or wish to not be provided any of the snacks, please let us know immediately.*

Soap and shampoo have been placed in the bathroom
Extra towels are located in the bathroom vanity
Laundry detergent pods have been placed in the cabinet above the washer
Dish washer detergent is located underneath the sink
A small amount of cleaning supplies have been placed in the cabinet above the washer
Vacuum cleaner and broom are located in the laundry if needed
First aid kit and fire extinguisher located in cabinet above washer

Check out -
Lock all doors/windows (fees may be applied for not locking up)
Place all towels and used kitchen linens in tub
All trash must be in appropriate receptacle(s)
All dishes/kitchenware must be cleaned and put away or in dishwasher and wash cycle started
All lights turned off
Key returned to key box (fees will be applied for not returning)
Remove all food/drinks from fridge/pantry

Any additional cleaning needed outside of normal use and/or not following checkout instructions will be subject to additional fees
