The Space: Occupying the entire second, third and fourth floor, The Rosemary Suites are a tasteful renovation of a historic Charleston single home in the heart of the Cannonborough neighborhood, just steps from our favorite neighborhood dining spots like Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, and Laurel. This dwelling is light and bright with modern design elements you will love, yet it still holds its character and charm by showcasing its original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and beautifully crafted molding throughout. Guests will be able to enjoy two suites separated by and interior door, both suites with a private outdoor piazza, and a large open living room, you and your guests will have plenty of space to spend time together and unwind, all while being steps from all Charleston has to offer.

*The Rosemary Suite B features:

-Three spacious bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with a queen size bed. The master is located in the front of the dwelling, and features a king bed, large desk space for working remotely, and a beautifully designed en-suite master bath complete with single vanity and glass walk-in tiled shower.
The other two bedrooms are in the back of the dwelling, one king and one queen, each with its own en suite bathroom, including one shower/tub combo.
Each room features a flat screen tv, and closet space for storing luggage and clothes.

-A spacious and modern open plan kitchen with an island for dining with seating for 6, new stainless appliances, and fully equipped with all the kitchen tools and cookwares you could need for a home cooked meal


*The Rosemary Suite C features:

-Five spacious bedrooms, three with king beds, one with a single queen bed, and another with two double beds. Three bedrooms are on the first level of the unit (third floor of the house), and two are on the second level of the unit (fourth floor of the house). With the exception of the king bedroom on the second level, each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom complete with a single vanity and beautiful glass walk-in tiled shower. The second level king room uses the hall bath located on the same floor.
Each room features a flat screen tv, and closet space for storing luggage and clothes

-An expansive and modern open plan kitchen with a large dining table which includes seating for 10-12, new stainless appliances, and fully equipped with all the kitchen tools and cookwares you could need for a home cooked meal

-Spacious open living room on the first level with sofa, club chairs, and flat screen tv. An additional second living room on the second level with expansive sectional sofa, beverage fridge, and flat screen tv.


Both Suites will include:
-Spacious open living room with large comfy sofa and flat screen tv's.

-Private piazzas, a Charleston architectural staple, perfect for having morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

-In home washer and dryer.

-High speed internet.

-Luxurious 100% cotton linens and towels for each guest, along with high quality shower amenities for your convenience.

**Four parking spaces in the adjacent lot will be labeled for you and your guests.

Guests will have exclusive access to unit B and C. The suites are connected by an interior door. After accessing the main entrance off of Rutledge Avenue, head up the stairs where you will see two doors labeled "B" and "C". Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety.

You can pull your car off the street and into the adjacent parking lot behind the property off of Cannon Street, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. The parking lot is to the right of the bus stop and bench near the corner of Rutledge Ave and Cannon St.

"The Rutledge Room", a private event space managed by Hamby Catering, is located on the ground floor of the property. Events here must conclude by 10pm however, guests of the event space may leave later than this.Guest Access: *Please read description fully before booking*

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
