Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize that some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations as this is not standard we strive to uphold at Southern Vacation Rentals. Regarding the cleanliness and safety concerns we do not show these issues were reported to our 24/7 Guest Services team who would have promptly notified our local Property Managers for them to be addressed. Nevertheless, your feedback has been shared with our Operations Team for review and resolution. We also understand how frustrating it can be to arrive and find that certain amenities, like the balcony, patio, and pool area, have limited access due to construction. We do our best to communicate any known disruptions in advance, and we apologize if that information wasn’t clear before your arrival.
