There's also a connected carport, a paved driveway, a huge back yard that was landscaped and decorated, and a private fenced-in patio with plenty of furniture and a grill! The Space:
Both a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization & incidentals agreement are required to check-in. Note, we're located on a busier road. We've taken steps to help minimize noise, but we want guests to be aware of the potential for noise and proximity to traveling cars,

The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed topped in soft linen to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The secondary bedroom contains 2 twin beds, perfectly for the family. Unpack your belongings and make yourself at home. Freshen up before an important business meeting and indulge in a hot bath or shower. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials and fluffy towels so you don’t have to bring anything along!

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.

As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property and its amenities. This includes the fenced in backyard and outdoor furniture. This is ALL private and NOT SHARED. There is a FREE washer & dryer on site!

The Neighborhood:
Very safe neighborhood! Centrally located near several hospitals and beautiful beaches! Note, the home is on a busier road so there sometimes may be noise from cars.

Other Things to Note:
Free parking in the driveway, maximum two (2) cars per reservation. Parking is not allowed in the street. If you have a conflict with the parking requirements, please message us directly.

* Please note, we do not allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. This is to allow our cleaning team adequate time to enter and thoroughly prepare every unit to our 5-star standard. If a delayed departure or premature arrival does interfere with the cleaning teams ability to clean and prepare the unit, we reserve the right to apply a $50 additional charge for every 15 minutes past the pre-approved checkout time *

PET POLICY - Please review the pet policy under house rules.

As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $5.50 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!
