River Rock Chalet is a secluded family paradise with beautiful woodwork design, offering comfortable accommodations for up to 7 guests. You'll feel right at home with spacious living and dining spaces, a fully-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, and high-speed internet. Relax in the hot tub after a long hike or day on the slopes. Fast charge your EV with the Tesla charger (plus adapter). Plus, enjoy outdoor games and cozy campfires in the enormous backyard.

Living Room: Modern and lofty living area with vaulted ceilings, custom river rock gas fireplace with blue stone hearth, wall-mounted 60" Ultra HD smart TV with casting ability and access to popular streaming services, ample seating including two comfy sofas (with a queen-size pullout bed), and a portable Bose bluetooth speaker for premium music.

Dining Room: Enjoy memorable meals and stories together around the solid pine dining table, with seating for 7, and set the mood with the dimmable chandelier.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to host a holiday feast or reunion with friends.

Bedroom 1: Cozy loft-style bedroom on the second floor, with a new luxurious queen mattress, ensuite bathroom, large closet & dresser, and a view of the lush backyard.

Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom on the main floor, with a new firm queen mattress, expandable single-sleeper sofa bed, large closet & dresser, and a view of the private front entrance and backyard.

Bathrooms: The master bathroom on the second floor includes a shower, storage closet, and elevated view of the private front entrance. The main-floor bathroom (adjacent to Bedroom 2) includes a shower/tub and plenty of cabinet/shelf space to store toiletries.

OUTDOOR

Deck: Fully-covered and garden-facing deck with ample room for lounging and entertaining. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee while wildlife bustles about, and fire up the gas BBQ for a delectable eats right off the grill.

Hot Tub: Just off the back deck enjoy our brand new hot tub for maximum relaxation! The 65-jet spa has a waterfall feature, multi-color underwater LED light and capacity for 5.

Backyard: Enjoy the wonders of River Rock Chalet's 1.7 acre property in its expansive backyard with a friendly game of corhnole or ladder golf, or gather around a cozy bonfire while roasting s'mores.

Parking: There is plenty of parking space on the property, so no need to cram everyone into one or two cars :-)

EV Charging: We have a Tesla wall charger with an accompanying adapter located at the front where cars are parked. Just drive up, park and enjoy up to 44 miles of range per hour for your EV.

Check-in/Check-out - Your property will be ready by 4pm. You will have keyless entry and can arrive at your leisure any time after 4. Departure is 11am. Please be sure to check out on time so we can get the home ready for the next guests. Check out procedures are posted at the property and will also be emailed the last day of your stay.

Internet/Power: Enjoy high-speed satellite internet via Starlink, delivering 100+ GBPS and perfect for streaming music/videos, playing games, and web-browsing. Due to the remote nature of the residence, we infrequently experience internet disruptions and power outages. If this occurs for extended periods, please contact your hosts. The Skykomish region has some cellular dead zones, so we recommend that you print or download an offline version of the directions and check-in instructions ahead of your journey.

Pets: We love and welcome our furry friends, and charge $50/stay for the extra required cleaning. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of the furniture and never left unattended in the home, unless they are crated. We expect pet waste to be picked up and properly bagged in trash bins.

Wildlife: Wildlife is one of the wonderful splendors of this area. You may see bald eagles, osprey, steelhead, salmon, deer, and maybe the occasional mountain goat or elk. Please be aware that you will be staying in the heart of the National Forest where black bears and possibly cougars may be seen, so please book responsibly.
