We’ll admit—the starter toilet paper isn’t exactly competing in the luxury category! We provide a starter supply of essentials to get guests settled for that first night, and a detailed list of what to expect in the condo is included in each guest’s personalized digital guestbook before arrival. After that, you’re welcome to go as plush, quilted, ultra-soft, or downright fancy as your heart desires. We appreciate the feedback and hope the condo, the beach, and the views made a much bigger impression than the toilet paper!

We agree, when an elevator goes out it’s a real inconvenience, and while those repairs are handled by the resort, we certainly understand the frustration. The hot tubs at Turquoise Place are maintained by the resort, and we’re sorry this one was not up and running properly during your stay. Several of the concerns mentioned regarding the overall resort, common areas, pools, doors, carpet, and exterior maintenance are also managed by the HOA/resort association rather than Beach Getaways directly. That said, we understand how those items impact the guest experience, and we will be sharing this feedback with the appropriate resort contacts as well. We’re glad you were still able to enjoy the beautiful Orange Beach shoreline, and we appreciate your honest feedback. Holly, thank you for the review. We are sorry you encountered some issues on site during your stay. We shared your feedback about the furniture and carpet to the Property Manager as she will inspect and schedule any professional cleans necessary. Our maintenance team has replaced the lights in the condo as well, though if you had called, out team would fix this issue and promptly leave the condo when done. While the Turquoise HOA is replacing the private hot tubs, we were excited to let you know during your stay that the public hot tubs on property had reopened! We are ecstatic to let future guests know the private hot tub has been fully replaced and is in working order! We wish you would have called about the broom as one of our inspectors could've dropped one by the condo, as we supplied this condo with a broom after your checkout! The water damage reported was checked out by our Maintenance Team and the building facilities in case of a building issue. Both parties came to the conclusion that the liner was outside of the bathtub when taking a shower, creating a large puddle in the floor and on the carpet. We promptly placed a fan in the condo to help dry up the water from the bathroom! We appreciate you calling us as this is the best way to maintain the quality of our condos!

Guests are always welcome to rent from the onsite beach service or bring their own chairs along for their stay. Turquoise Place also offers a wonderful full amenity package, which adds great value to the overall guest experience.
