This beautiful villa in the southwest of Cape Coral offers you 2048 sqft, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, space for 6 people. The heated pool surrounded by palm trees offers a great view of the scenic freshwater canal. The villa also has a private dock, ideal for enjoying the Florida sunshine.

The master suite has a king size bed and TV, the attached master bath has a bathtub, a separate walk-in shower and 2 sinks. The Master Suite has large sliding glass windows with direct access to the pool and views over the canal. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed with a TV and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with integrated USB ports. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with bedside tables and chests of drawers. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in shower with direct access to the pool. The villa has an additional den room (office/reading room) currently equipped with a desk and a comfortable couch.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will not lack for anything for a perfect dinner with family and friends. In the bright living area with a flat screen TV, furnished with attention to detail, you will feel right at home and be able to really relax. All TVs have Internet TV only - no satellite/cable.

The large, east-facing terrace, which is covered with the highest quality natural stone, guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure holiday pleasure. The electrically heated pool invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with gas grill is ideal for social barbecues. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. The beautiful plants give you a wonderful view of the canal. The pool area is also equipped with an outdoor shower and a pool fence - for our youngest guests. In addition, the villa is very quiet and yet centrally located. Shops, supermarkets and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and petrol stations as well as golf courses and tennis courts can also be reached in a short time. Cool boxes, beach towels, parasols and much more are available for your beach trip.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed.

On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
