The property itself and the location are pretty great. Only negatives are street parking only, and Windward Ave can be kind of loud until late night as it is a cut through street from one of the main roads (Abbott Kinney) to the beach. Flip side to that is that you are super close to excellent dining/shopping/coffee/cocktails in one direction, and to the beach in the other direction! Overall it was a great rental experience.

A Must Stay

We could not have asked for more. This place was absolutely perfect. It’s located by everything but still tucked away with enough privacy to enjoy some downtime. We had some of the best sleep of our lives. If I could’ve strapped the mattress to the hood, I would have lol.. We give 10 stars. Thank you for being a great host and the beautiful stay!
