There are exterior stairs to entry. There is no direct access from the garage into the home.
The living room fireplace is inoperable.
There is a separate, detached ADU in the back (east) of the property. This is a rental with completely private space.

While you have your own garage keypad and parking, the garage space is shared with the ADU guests. Guests have their own garage keypad as well.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
Windansea is known for its picturesque ocean views, bluffs, and surf breaks. While surfing is permitted, swimming and beach side enjoyment is solely dependent on tide levels and current. Summer is typically best for low tide beach access directly in front of our home. Beach access involves moderate bluff climbing.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

This home is located in Windansea, a prestigious La Jolla neighborhood. Windansea Beach is directly south of La Jolla village in San Diego. Explore the charming village of nearby La Jolla- with a great selection of restaurants, enchanting coves, and a spectacular 1-mile clifftop walk. Windansea is known for its unobstructed ocean views, characterized by gentle bluffs and remarkable surf. Windansea is a short drive to Sea World, and a half hour to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.​​​​​​​

Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Owners live nearby! No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved.
