We certainly understand how important reliable WiFi and a clean, comfortable space are when you’re spending extra time indoors. Regarding the WiFi, we apologize for the inconvenience. We were experiencing connectivity challenges related to recent weather, and we did our best to respond promptly to your concerns and assist whenever an issue was brought to our attention. As for toilet paper, we understand your frustration about running low during a six-night stay. Our standard is to provide two 1,000-sheet rolls of toilet paper for each stay, regardless of the length of the reservation, with additional supplies being the guest’s responsibility. We recognize that this may not have met your expectations, and we appreciate the feedback. We’re also sorry about the dust you found under the bed. We take cleanliness seriously and especially understand your concern given your dust allergy. We will be addressing this with our cleaning team and making sure those areas receive additional attention. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
