Fully equipped kitchen + arcade games for extra entertainment! 20 mins from KC airport, 15mins from Downtown KC, Plaza, Westport, P&L or Convention Center.

We welcome well behaved pets.

There is a $50 pet fee/per pet/per stay, please include it in your booking and notify us.



The Space:

We offer an extremely comfortable home for your family or friends. Our home cozy living room, 4 Bedrooms--equipped with 2 King Beds, 1 Twin Bed, and a Queen bed. An air mattress is also provided if you are traveling with an extra person. Minutes from local restaurants, parks and the historic downtown Overland Park. Easy access to major highways, downtown KC, shopping and all of KC's attractions. It is also WIFI equipped and has a flat screen ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming channels with your own login.

The well appointed kitchen is equipped with appliances, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender and an abundance of spices for cooking your favorite meals.We have small dining table so you can enjoy your morning coffee. Your perfect stay is our first priority and we are available if you need us, but offer you complete privacy as well. We accommodate both long term and short term rentals.



Our driveway can accommodate 2 cars for parking.



We welcome well behaved fur babies for a $50 pet fee/per dog/ per stay. The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets.

Guest Access:

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

Downtown Overland Park is one of the most sought after residential area in Metro Kansas City! You will love it here.



Getting Around:

Our driveway can accommodate 2 cars for parking! Most attractions will require taking an $$15-20 Uber/Lyft ride or renting a car.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.





Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. This is in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Unregistered Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
