Townhouse is situated in The Village at Camelback Community, only community that offers SKI ON/OFF to Camelback Ski trails. Community amenities are open indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub and tennis courts. Located just a 15 minute walk to CamelBeach Outdoor Waterpark (summer) and Camelback Ski admissions (winter), 10 minute walk to the community pool and 2-3 minute walk to slopes for ski on/off. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base.

Comfortable 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom attached townhouse. We have NEW A/C and Heating system in every room.

-bath towels and linens are provided.
-Wood burning fire place.
-Outdoor gas grill with propane gas tank provided (if empty, refills are renters’ responsibility)
-Starter basic supplies are provided (for kitchen, bath, laundry and toilet). After these are gone, you will need to purchase your own along with any other paper products or toiletries you may need for your stay.

The Village at Camelback offers a sports complex facility including heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, weight room as well as indoor tennis court with basketball hoop and outdoor tennis court.

The fitness room has equipment to accommodate most exercise regimens. There are free weights as well as a Universal Machine, Nordic Trac-Leg Lift Bike, Nordic Trac-Electric Weight System, Total Gym, Recumbant Bike and for walkers and runners a Treadmill.

Indoor Pool is heated to 83 degrees year round. Pool hours: Mon-Thurs 12pm-4:30pm, Fri-Sun 12pm-7:30pm. Pool hours are subject to change.

Outdoor tennis court is particularly appealing during the spring, summer and fall. Waiting for a court is rarely an issue but if you must have a fixed time check with the office staff. Tennis shoes are required to play on the newly renovated courts.Hours: Mon. - Fri. 9am to 5pm Sat. & Sun. 9am to 5pm
