Excellent Place For A Long Weekend

I really enjoyed our stay at this location. We rented it for the Memorial Day Weekend 2023 and everything was fine. Place was very clean and spacious. Will stay here again.

My daughter and I loved the condo. Everything was exactly as discribed. Very clean and all the amenities you need for a stay at the shore. Since this was a winter visit, the fireplace was a nice addition. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Great beach

5th floor so nice view of ocean. Easy walk to beach. Had eveything we needed.Beach was good with lifeguards! Close enough for fun stuff with kids. Though lots if other folks there condo was quiet. And an indoor pool available which we did use several times. So we would stay there again.

Lovely time

Great location and ample parking. The beds and living room seating were very comfortable. I loved the rinse off station outside. I would absolutely stay here again. I wish the cleaning team had done a better job, though. When I arrived, I found a sack of moldy potatoes under the sink and a cabinet full of open food. The tableware was kind of gross, so I rewashed everything before I used it. The dryer was also full of water when I arrived, which was inconvenient to deal with.

The picture online when we got there look anything like It showed online to say place to stay

All is for kids only very small. The rooms are very small not like it showed with the pictures online not much there for cooking. It's a good thing we brought our own cooking accessories and pots. I would not recommend this place. That after I got home, they sent a bill for travelers insurance which I have no idea what that was for. Tried to get a hold of them but never return call that's a rip off.

Family Vacation

Trouble finding Paradise Realty even with instruction-nothing out front of brick building directing to the back. Enjoyed the stay. Property worked great, close to beach and other attractions. Suggestion- would be nice to have more silverware and additional cooking utensils such as spatulas/large spoon, slotted spoon so we didn't have to wash the dishes constantly. We used paper plates mainly, very nice dishes but not kid friendly so we didn't use them much. Should have some plastic cups and children friendly dishes. for children. Great stay and would come again. Easy communication with manager. Thank you.

Pictures are deceiving

Floors werent vacuumed, chips and toe nails were on the crapet, tub drain was clogged so we could only use 1 of the 2 showers, cable tv didnt work in living room we only had 1 channel. Dirty laundry area, hvac air filter was the wrong size and falling out and holes in drywall where vent should be was missing. Outlet covers missing in smaller bedroom. Just overall bad house keeping. Location and parking was great.

The Good and the Not so Good

The good: The apartment was clean and nicely decorated The location was convenient (very close to the beach) and very quiet! Parking was easy Rooms were comfortable, AC was good Large patio for outside hangouts Not good: The check-in process requires driving to a separate location. I didn't see this anywhere on the listing. There was NO view of the ocean. Very misleading to state that it has partial ocean view. The kitchen is barely stocked. You pretty much have to stock it yourself (trash bags, foil, plastic bags, etc). Picture it more like a hotel with NOTHING then like a VRBO which is normally pretty homey. Overall it was a nice stay, just wish I had more realistic expectations of what to expect!

Decent condo

A little dated but a decent condo. Great location for walking and biking and everything you need is a short distance. Walk to the beach. Comfortable master bed but loose headboard. Only a drip coffee maker. The TVs were a pain because there are no TV remotes and the cable remotes only really offer cable function and Smat TV. Also no Amazon Fire remote. I never figured that out. Last point on the TVs - who has STD def anymore. Tough to watch sports. Anyway no hesitation staying here again. Decent price. I called directly to the management office for check in procedures because I never received them via email. Find the address and plot that before you leave because its the back of a now former bank.
