Bedroom #2: 3rd floor; also furnished with reclaimed bohemian wood furniture, a queen-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom...Sleeps 2.

Bedroom #3: 3rd floor holds the main bedroom furnished with high-end wood furniture and mattress; an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a corner tub, a large shower, and two walk-in closets. Plus TV and room darkening curtains...Sleeps 2.

** 2nd floor offers a covered balcony, a spacious modern living room, a half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, island seating, a dining area with mango wood chairs, and a table.
Guest access
Except for the "small" dedicated storage area in the garage, the entire house is available to our guests.

We ask guests to be respectful of the neighborhood and abide by the house rules

- 1 pet (<100 lbs) is allowed with a pet fee; the pet must not be left unattended in the house.
