This unit has been furnished to make you feel at home while away from home, and is minutes away from the Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, bars, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, golf, spring training baseball and more! The pool is heated during the Winter season only.
Please note that the HOA controls when the AC/heat is turned on/off for each season, so, unfortunately, this cannot be controlled by the thermostat during the change of seasons. Therefore, we have no control over whether the thermostat is set to heat or AC in the spring/fall when temperatures fluctuate.
The following HOA rules and regulations apply regarding the pool and spa areas. The HOA has video surveillance cameras in these areas and is recording and monitoring ALL activity very closely and is extremely quick to issue violations and fines. All video footage is reviewed and they track violations back through my key fob, so nothing is missed. We apologize and don't mean to rain on your party, but the fines are $150 per occurrence and will be passed along to guests.
1. Pool and spa compounds are open from 8AM-10PM. Accessing outside these hours or remaining past 10PM is prohibited. 2. Pool and spa gates shall be kept closed and locked at all times. Homeowners are not to prop open gates or hang anything over a lock to prevent closure. 3. Residents shall not give access to controlled areas to anyone not an occupant of their own unit. This includes other residents with non-working fobs. Please direct them back to the owner of the condo where they are staying. I will be fined if you let them in. I will also be fined for any rules they may break. 4. Pool and spa are intended for use by Residents and invited guests only. 5. No smoking, chewing tobacco, or vaping (e-cigarettes) permitted within pool or spa compound. 6. Observe all posted regulations, including but not limited to: - no excessive noise, no running, no diving, no cannon balls, no jumping in, no rapid throwing of objects; no unattended minors; no music/radios without use of headphones; no horseplay, shoulder rides, dunking, excessive public displays of affection, abusive or foul language, or fighting. 7. NO GLASS ITEMS of any kind shall be permitted within the pool and spa areas. 8. Food and drinks shall be kept and consumed a minimum of four (4) feet away from pool or spa edge, as per Maricopa County code. No food or beverages allowed IN pool or spa or within 4 feet of the pool or spa. Water does count as a drink so please be sure to keep even that at least 4 feet away. 9. Residents may not reserve any part of the pool or spa areas, including loungers. To access the property, please enter the following keycode on the keypad. If it is an August lock, you will also need to press the August logo at the bottom of the keypad after entering the code.
• Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout

Because other tenants are smoking does not grant permission. We are providing housing through a corporate lease, being 100% compliant is imperative. No smoking, no cigarette butts littering, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, and no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on the property, including the apartment complex. Please smoke on the street.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM.
• Self-check-in with a smart lock.
• Do not disrespect your neighbors.
• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
• Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
• We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.
• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.
• No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.
• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.
• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
• FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras.

Good for a short stay
Easy location with a few tweaks would be excellent for more than a weekend. 1 a dresser or some cubbies in the bedroom or closet would help for unpacking and not having to live out of your suitcase. 2 a map from the apartment to the pool and hot tub. It’s easy once you find it but not intuitive and there’s not property signage. 3 curtain in the living room that reach the floor and actually close. This is a safety concern especially for female visitors.

This was listed as a Modern Condo - it was an apartment within an apartment complex. We felt like we were in a Bat Cave. No decent lighting except in the Kitchen / Bathroom. Had to keep the closet door open in the bedroom just to see. No where to put our suitcase, used the microwave cart to get our suitcase off the ground. The living room had one couch & a chair with 2 floor lamps but minimal lighting. Reading was not good for your eyes. I preferred reading to watching TV so I usually read in the bedroom while my husband watched TV, not possible. When I decided to watch my chick flicks in the bedroom I couldn't do that either. Only 1 remote for BOTH TV's. I was glad we didn't plan on making meals, no cookware available. 1-3 qt kettle & one 2-cup kettle. No teaspoons, had to eat yogurt with a tablespoon. Stated there was an extended patio, there was if you included around a corner. Patio was not clean and very dark, no sunlight in or out. We had an apartment on the ground floor with views of buildings. We would NOT recommend this to our enemies. Very disappointing! Stayed in Tucson at a home with a private pool for less money and everything you needed and then some. Good thing this wasn't the main part of our stay. I would recommend staying in Scottsdale, very nice people. Good Food and shops to browse through. Close to the airport which made our leaving more convenient than leaving from Tucson.
