This house has all of the good things, while being so close to all of the great things in the Twin Cities. A short walk or bike ride will get you where you want to be. Two large living areas that allow guests to all be together or have their own space. Safe, secure and private backyard with large raised deck will put you at ease in the city There is a coffee shop and brewery 1 block away. Bonus: artist lofts, biking trails, foodie worthy restaurants and The Mighty Mississippi River are at your fingertips when staying at The Fillmore. Beltrami Park is 2 blocks north with a ball field, bocce ball courts, basketball court, covered pavilion, grilling stations and wait for it.... wading pool with restrooms. Across the street from the park is a different coffee shop, brewery and more. You cannot beat the location and being able to walk to everything you need. Jim Lumpient Water Park is only 1 mile away! 10 Occupants is the max per MPLS ordinance 244.1845 no matter property size.

Great spot

Clean house with big open spaces and comfortable beds. Great neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Perfect for your pooches!

Thank you Ryan for all the great communication back and forth. Our dogs probably felt more at home at your VRBO than our house. Super clean, well stocked, never needed a thing! Loved having the box fans as we are light sleepers so the sound of the fan drowned out the trains going by especially at night. If we ever find ourselves needing to stay again in the cities with our pups, this will be the place!

Great Property Close to Everything

We stayed here for a Colts Vikings game weekend. Everything was great and as advertised. House has 6 bedrooms with nice beds and 2 large open living areas. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. Property a short 10min or less drive to downtown, U of Mn, breweries, and restaurants. It was excellent for our group of 7. Ryan was a very responsive and helpful host. Our group had a great weekend and would stay here again when in Minnesota.

Like New with Everything You Need

It’s the best outfitted and stocked kitchen of anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The 6 bedrooms were all plenty spacious. The bathrooms were spotless with more than ample towels and supplies for everyone. We had lovely weather for our stay which made the deck, it’s large table, and cantilever umbrella a great additional space for everyone to enjoy. And all communication with Ryan was extremely prompt and helpful. On side note, It is quite near to a rail line which did have frequent trains throughout the day and night but no one in our group had problem with this.

Tom and his family were wonderful to have as guests. They were in town for a once in a lifetime celebration at the U of M. The home is very close to campus and hopefully made everything easier for your group. Our cleaner prides herself on detail cleaning for our guests and so glad the weather cooperated during your visit. Wonderful Place and Host

We spent this weekend at this lovely home with 8 individuals and my dog. The location is perfect for those who have vehicles but may also want to utilize public transportation. Even though this home is centrally located, the neighborhood is humble, friendly, and quiet. The home is spacious with perfect gathering rooms and large individual rooms with big, comfy beds. My dog especially liked the large backyard with a fenced-in area. This place especially shines with the fine details the host has provided and the communication with us. There were dishes, a bed, and bags provided for my dog. A full kitchen with dishes, grill utensils, and a large dining room table was wonderful. We were also able to utilize the garage which was a nice perk. Overall, I highly recommend this property and this host for your trip to the twin cities. We plan to book again soon!

Devin and family came to town for a wedding with her dog. Myself and cleaner could not believe how well they took care of the home. Zero evidence of a dog being there no hair, smell, etc... Exceptionally nice, respectful and tidy people. I cannot wait for them to come back whenever they want. A very big thank you to you and your guests Devin! It is high season in Minneapolis and having such quality guests makes it so easy to go above and beyond as a host to ensure you have a perfect stay. This was the first house that I ever owned. My wife and I were avid travelers. Years later we started a family. Harper(8), Beck(5) and Bowie(1.5) keep us grounded from traveling now. The kids always ask about The Fillmore's guests. We now live 18 mins north of The Fillmore. I still office 1 mile away from this great house and neighborhood. I loved that I could walk or bike to anything Minneapolis has to offer from The Fillmore. We hope you love the location as much as we do.

Simple but perfect floor plan for guests to all be together but also have their privacy. Located on a dead end street that connects the NE and SE neighborhoods. The convenience of this location is the highlight but I am trying to make the indoor/outdoor space just as great.
