First impressions of the home include its welcoming front porch and vaulted ceilings with rich natural light as you enter. The front room is set up as its own separate suite, with a door leading to the rest of the guesthouse. In addition to the queen-sized bed, the suite offers a dining area, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet, and a stocked kitchenette that includes a refrigerator and microwave. From the front suite, you are greeted with a bright and open floorplan that seamlessly connects the formal dining room, kitchen, and family room. Entertaining and relaxing are easy with the large family room or the fenced in backyard, which features an outdoor dining area, grill, firepit, and a fenced in yard. In addition to exquisite granite counter tops, a gas range, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, the kitchen is stocked with coffee, teas, snacks and more to make your stay enjoyable. On the main floor, you will also find the Master suite, which features an en-suite bathroom with a deep, restorative soaking tub and TVs in both the bedroom and bathroom. You will find two additional bedrooms and a half bathroom upstairs with plenty of reading material, vinyl records, games and more to keep you entertained.
