Come & experience the charm of Vineyard Vista, an inviting four-bedroom home surrounded by views of picturesque vineyards and the Sierra mountains. Unwind with all of your loved ones - up to 10 people can enjoy this home's many amenities including a large hot tub, wheelchair accessibility features such as ramps and a step-in shower, and more!

Open the door to Vineyard Vista and you'll be greeted by an open Great Room concept with living room, dining room, and large kitchen. The living room and dining room both offer seating for 10 people and the kitchen is equipped with ample dishes, cookware, bakeware, and more so you can easily prepare & enjoy meals while staying at Vineyard Vista! The living room features a lift recliner, plus an electric fireplace for extra-cozy vibes and a 55" inch TV for family movie nights. Netflix is provided, or you can login to your own streaming services to stay up-to-date on your favorites.

The "Main Suite" is located just off the front entrance of the home and features a 36" doorway, one King size bed, and one Full size adjustable bed. This suite is extremely spacious and also includes a large bathroom with double sinks and a step-in shower. Toilet safety rails and a shower chair can be made available upon request.

Off of the kitchen you will find the TV Nook, a cozy spot with a sectional, desk, and, of course, a TV! This is the perfect spot for children or smaller groups of adults to gather for secondary TV watching, to play games, or to get some work done.

From the TV Nook you will find the "Pink Room", the "Green Room" and the shared bathroom. The bathroom has a full shower/tub combo and is the main bathroom for guests staying in the Pink Room and Green Room. The Pink Room and Green Room are both very comfortable spaces with a Queen size bed in each room as well as a chair for relaxing.

From the dining room, head down the short hallway and you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer and the "Blue Room." The Blue Room offers a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a step-in shower and a door that can be unlocked to give access to the rest of the home, or keep the door locked to maintain a private en-suite.

Off the open Great Room is the large deck and backyard area. There is a hot tub, seating area, 4-person dining table, and around the corner, a small cafe area for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. A sliding door threshold ramp is available upon request.

Vineyard Vista is the 2nd of two homes on the property. The owners live in the main home. You will have full access to Vineyard Vista, the fenced backyard, and the driveway leading to Vineyard Vista. There are signs posted in the lawn and sides of the driveway indicating the boundaries.

Vineyard Vista is in a country setting with a deck that overlooks vineyards and a view of the Sierra mountains. The property owners live in the main home on the property and Vineyard Vista is the secondary home on the property. Vineyard Vista is located in the Clements Hills appellation in Lodi wine country and is only 20 minutes outside of the City of Lodi. Vineyard Vista is also very close to Amador wine country, just 30 minutes from Sutter Creek. The closest Lodi wineries include Bokisch Vineyards, McCay Cellars, Jeremy Wine Co. (Lockeford), and Intercoastal Vineyards, all within a 4-10 minute drive. Vineyard Vista is also very close to outdoor recreation, including the Mokelumne River and Camanche Reservoir.

There is a small grocery market in Clements, a 4-minute drive from Vineyard Vista, and the nearest full grocery store is in Lockeford, about a 10 minute drive. Lockeford is also home to the famous Lockeford Meats - we highly recommend making a stop to pick up some sausages or jerky to enjoy during your stay. Our favorites are the Smoked Dakota and Spicy Hawaiian sausages.

Because Vineyard Vista is in the country, you will need a vehicle to get around. You can also charter a limo or bus from a local transportation service (a list will be provided in your Welcome Guide).

Please note that using the large soaker tub in the Main Suite bathroom may cause a lack of hot water while the water heater refills.

You will access the property with a smart lock on the front door. Your code will be provided approximately 24 hours before check-in.
