Very cute and comfy guest house

Relaxing private condo in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is the perfect get away spot, whether you are visiting for leisure or work. Access to WiFi, TV w/streaming apps, free parking, & private entry. Our location is relative to the Strip, airport, restaurants, stores, and various attractions. No pets or parties allowed. One room is a two bedroom setting that you can utilize as queen bed or separate twin bed setting. Access to a full kitchen, dining, and living room area. Access to our coin operated washer and dryer.

Guests have easy access in and out the private guesthouse. Free parking in the driveway; RVs are welcome for an additional fee upon request. Our location is also an easy Uber/Lyft ride away to the Las Vegas strip, Downtown Fremont, and airport.
Other things to note
-Community park across the street from the property
-No drugs allowed; if you must smoke, please do so outside and clean up after yourself
-If you are going to have guests visit during your stay, please notify me beforehand; overnight guests will be an additional fee
-Ring doorbell and digital door access
