Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Somerville condo can accommodate 6 guests and is less than 4 miles from the heart of Boston! With convenient access to public transportation and limited free parking, you can get around the city with ease. After a day of exploring Boston, retreat to the tranquility of Somerville and make dinner at home or enjoy the neighborhood restaurants. If you`re visiting the nearby universities, it`s only a mile from Tufts, 2.5 miles to Harvard and 3 miles to MIT.
This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath ground floor condo can sleep 6 and was designed to be a relaxing and convenient place to call home after busy days exploring Boston. You can hop on public transportation to get around the city, enjoy Somerville`s restaurants, cafe and shopping scene, including bustling Davis Square and trendy Union Square or visit nearby universities from our condo as your home base. The best of Boston and Somerville is at your fingertips! Perfect for families and groups.

- Large living room with gas fireplace, smart TV, comfy sofa with matching loveseat and a cozy reading nook with an oversized chair and ottoman
- Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and closet

- Spacious, fully stocked kitchen (dishes, silverware, cookware, drip coffee maker, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, gas range stove/oven) and complimentary startup coffee set up
- Kitchen islad with 2 barstools
- Dining room table with seating for 6
- Washer/Dryer with complimentary start up laundry supplies
Lower floor:
- Den with daybed (two twin beds)
- Full sized bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom
- Full bathroom with stand up shower
There are 2 designated driveway parking spots and we have 1 street parking pass for your use.
We also offer this unit in conjunction with our 2 bedroom unit, if you want more space to spread out!
This is our primary residence and the downstairs bedroom is ours when we are there.
We`re happy to help with suggestions, but we will never be overbearing.
You have full and private access to the condo, with the exception of one locked bedroom, as this unit is my primary residence. There are two other rental units in this building, but your condo has a private entrance with no shared space.
An Uber or Lyft to the city is cheap and super quick (10-15 minutes depending on Boston traffic, of course). We are close to public transportation, which is also a quick ride into the city.
Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend`s home and we will do our best to make you feel like you`re a friend staying with us!
We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

No smoking (cigarettes or anything else...) indoors or too close to windows. This one seems obvious, but we want to be sure we are clear. If we smell smoke in the house we will request your security deposit.

Please note your cleaning fee covers a basic turnover, not excessive trash or dirt. Anything excessive will result in an additional cleaning fee being assessed.
