The full kitchen is fully stocked, and includes an oven, stove range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The unit also includes a washer and dryer, so you'll always have clean, fresh clothes and bathing suits! An incredible value in the heart of Waikiki! Amenities in the building include a heated pool, shallow pool, hot tub, cozy cabanas, BBQs, expansive outdoor seating area with fire-pits, and 2 fitness rooms. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Because a previous guest may check out of the condo on the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is if you reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we do our best to accommodate late check-out requests, but because the next guest may check in on the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware as part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal.

As a company using API-connected software, we will charging a non-refundable $79 on your credit card through a secure third-party payment portal. This is for Accidental Damage Protection Program that covers you for up to $1500 in accidental damage to the property during your confirmed rental period.

All guests must agree to our terms of service. By confirming the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. (Note: We do require our primary guests to be at least 25 years old.)
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.
• Please note that there is an extra fee of $35/per guest per night after 6 guests.
