FIRST LEVEL

COMMON AREAS
The common area rooftop provides a sparkling pool, multiple lounge and seating areas, a swim-up bar, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop. One of the standout features of this rooftop is the swim-up bar that offers room service, allowing guests to relish refreshing drinks without having to leave the pool. The Neighborhood

The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town AKA Emiliano Zapata is the most happening part of Puerto Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is the most popular street and is only one block south of the D'esire building.

The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west where you'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

Getting Around

You don't need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This property is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note
NOTE: The rooftop pool is scheduled to be out of service from June 1st to 15th, 2024, due to maintenance work.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them.
