Ready for that Arizona Summer retreat? This home has it all! Large family-friendly home with 3 Bedrooms, Pool in the back(Not Heated), Grill, High speed internet, newly replaced A/C, and Putting green is sure to check off all the boxes for your weekend retreat out in the desert. The house has a large pool equipped with pool floats and everything you need to cool off in the Arizona Summer Heat. Forgot your golf clubs? No need to worry, we have a set of Taylormade clubs to get you ready for that last minute tee time.

Nestled in Gilbert, this home is close to many championship golf courses, shopping and restaurant villages, and many local hiking spots.

Needing to book a weekend trip for a sporting event or occasion in Scottsdale or Phoenix? This home is located just 35 minutes from both of the downtown areas and also about the same time to get you to Tempe for an ASU game.

This house was fantastic- very well appointed and a great layout! The communication with Eric was terrific and he made everything very easy. There’s a beautiful pool and little putting green- the house is very close to gas stations, Walgreens, groceries and McDonald’s. It’s about 40 min to the PHX airport. The beds are super comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Great family home away from home

This was a perfectly sized 3/2 with a beautiful pool and putting green. The host is great at communicating, had simple check in and check out procedures and a well stocked home. We enjoyed the board games, morning and evening swims, and the office made it easy to work remotely.

Beautiful, clean, spacious home

We enjoyed our 8 night stay in Gilbert. The home was so comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. We loved relaxing by the pool and playing on the putting green. Eric was available in case we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Phoenix area.

Eric was a fabulous host & so easy to reach! He let us know in advance about some construction and was readily available to answer all our questions. The house was great - exactly what we wanted. Perfect location too! If we need a place to stay in the future, I know where we will be at!

Nursing graduation and great nephews 5th birthday.

A family member was receiving her nurse’s graduation pinning. It was also our great nephew’s 5th birthday. Eric’s home was in the perfect location close to other family members who lived in the Gilbert area. The house had plenty of room and extra sleeping area for our nephew. This home had everything we needed for our stay. The grocery store was just around the corner from this house. The kids had a great time in the pool and also loved the putting green. We needed a place for 10 days while our home was undergoing some refreshing and this home was the perfect spot! A nice size, the pool was lovely , the kitchen well equipped and the beds comfortable. The host was most accommodating and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this gem!

Great stay for a little family

This was a lovely property for our little family. We came during a HOT week which was perfect. Our baby loves water and we utilized the pool every day. Having the office in the primary bedroom was such a huge plus for my husband as he was still working remotely every day. My only critique is that the kitchen and floors needed a little better clean, but the rest of the property was great. This property is in a great location; easy to drive to and from all amenities. Communication with the host was very good with prompt replies. Our family had a great time, and would be happy to stay here again. Thanks for having us!
