The Space:

This beautiful air-conditioned home is well maintained and in "like new" condition. You will love being this close to the beach, and relaxing in comfort when not on the go. The kitchen contains all the amenities if you decide to skip Kauai's local cuisine and cook at home. One queen bed in the first bedroom and a large Queen bed in the second bedroom. The condo is located in the heart of Kapa'a. You'll be within walking distance of shopping, dining, bike and snorkel rentals.

Guests have access to the entire property and are entitled to use both swimming pools including the oceanfront pool in front of building A, or lounge at the shoreline to watch the sunrise.  The property includes several buildings, and guests may also use the game room in building A as well as the gas BBQ grills beside building A.

THE CONDO IS AIR-CONDITIONED

For our guest's protection we: - sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob



- use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination



- clean each room using our extensive cleaning checklist.

The property includes several buildings, 2 pools and guests may use the game room in building A and also the gas BBQ grills beside building A.



The Neighborhood:

We love the location because our guests can walk to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The Kauai walk/bike path connects by sidewalk just down the street and goes for miles right up the Kauai East Coastline

Kapa`a town was mentioned in one magazine as the prettiest town west of the Mississippi River.



Getting Around:

A rental car recommended, however The Kauai Bus, Uber, Lyft and Taxis are available.



Other Things to Note:

Arrival time is after 4 pm, departure is 10 am or before, unless other times are arranged in advance.
