Planning a beach vacation? It’s going to be great, especially if you book a stay along Scenic 30A. Nestled in the tranquil environment of the gated Preserve at Grayton Beach neighborhood, Grayt Expectations is a stunning vacation home that just might be the place for you. With pale blue exteriors, white trim, and multiple balconies, this home is the perfect place to enjoy the coastal surroundings. The interior features sunny accommodations and cozy sleeping quarters. There are five bedrooms and three and a half baths. The home can host up to 14 guests.

A picture-perfect southern front porch greets you upon arrival. From here, you and your guests can sip ice-cold drinks while enjoying each other’s company and cool breezes. Inside on the first floor, you will find the main great room, which encompasses the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Parchment-toned tile flows throughout the space, while large windows filter in lots of warm sunlight. The living room includes a wraparound couch and two accent chairs. The seating ensemble faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a two-toned entertainment cabinet. Nearby, a round table and six gray chairs sit beside multiple windows, creating a relaxing dining setting. The kitchen overlooks the dining area, and the raised breakfast bar provides additional stool seating. Sleek countertops, spacious cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances make it easy to serve up vacation meals no matter the time of day. You can also access a laidback porch from this main great room. It is furnished with white Adirondack chairs, outdoor tables, a BBQ grill, and a bubbling hot tub.

Bedrooms are located on all three levels of the home. The first floor’s guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and patio access. On the second floor, you will find the primary suite and two guest bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and access to a romantic balcony. Its luxurious ensuite bath features an angled counter with dual vanities, a huge walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub. One guest bedroom on this level has a queen-size bed and access to a private balcony, and the other has a queen-size bunk. Ascend the stairs to the third level, where the last guest bedroom features two twin beds and access to a covered balcony furnished with a raised table and chairs.

One of the best parts about this property is the secluded feel, yet close proximity to everything you need on a beach vacation. The Preserve at Grayton Beach neighborhood includes a community pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. The beach is a 10-minute stroll from the house, but you don’t need to walk—the house has six complimentary bikes for your use! So, you can bike to the beach, shops, restaurants, nearby nature trails, and more. Additionally, be sure to check out Point Washington State Forest and Big Redfish Lake for stunning coastal scenery and outdoor activities. Situated just between Grayton Beach and the edge of Blue Mountain Beach, you also have your choice of tasty eateries nearby from Chiringo and Red Bar to Red Fish Taco and Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. Get ready for a grayt vacation!

Second Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bunk Room with Balcony Access.

Third Floor: Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and Balcony Access, Wet Bar with Sitting Area.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the western community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.

*Preserve at Grayton Beach utilizes ample shore to the East of Little Redfish Lake and West of Big Redfish Lake. The beach portion in front of Bannerman Beach and Sanctuary By The Sea is strictly prohibited.

*Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.
